Re organising the web site!

Well, as one does in a 'personal number 9 year'..numerologically speaking....I am rearranging the website.As I am downsizing my library (and many other pagans will relate to this), which has taken over my dwelling, I will be posting a catalogue of books I am selling. What a spiritual releasing exercise letting go of books is! So many are like old friends and have taken me to new places revealing hidden treasures and new horizons on the way! However, I CAN do this! It is part of an affirmation to realise that this is an abundant universe. I know that whatever I need to know or understand will be shown to me, at the right time, in the right way, whether via a book, an experience, a conversation or the media. I can trust the universe! (...and do not need to hang on to books which may have another job to do for someone else!).
So....having got that off my chest....and feeling better for the expression....watch this space!

There are 4 main 'levels' which need regular attention. Physical, spiritual, mental, emotional. When you have a bath or shower you are cleansing the physical. It is really easy to imagine a shower of white light at the same time to wash your etheric body. See any 'grime' dissolving and foating off down the drain. To clean the 'mental', just have a 'homing thought'. It may be a positive affirmation or prayer. It may be a positive happy project you are involved in or looking forward to. When your mind wanders off into negative areas, just gently bring it back to this cleansing anchor. To clean the 'emotional' (this is usually the trickiest). Have a bunch of pictures which make you go 'aaawwww'! You know, the cute animals, someone doing a heroic deed, your favourite family member. Look at the picture until you get the FEELING. Try to return to this feeling if you get caught up in any daily dramas...you DO have control. If you are not visual, play a song or music which lifts your mood, and keep it as long as possible.
